TemPay operates as a virtually invisible partner. Your employees and your customers see your firm’s name on their checks and invoices. When TemPay performs collection assistance, we do so as representatives of your company and provide the same great customer service your customers have come to expect. Each week, you receive multiple reports updating your business activity. If you need a different format or information, we can create custom reports as required at no additional cost.
We believe in being upfront and that means no hidden costs. TemPay doesn’t add on charges for items such as application fees, Dun & Bradstreet reports (including its 24/7 credit monitoring service), postage, envelopes, invoices, wire transfers, etc. Plus, we put it in writing—client agreements are signed before any engagement begins, so everyone understands the terms of our deal.
A strong proponent of great customer service, TemPay doesn’t force clients through a voice mail labyrinth to get answers. TemPay’s staff answers the telephone 7:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. (Eastern) Monday through Friday.
