Larry Holstein

Larry Holstein is President of TemPay, a company he founded in 1994. In those 18 years, Mr. Holstein has grown TemPay into a nationally recognized funding company.

His experience in the industry dates back to 1982. Prior to founding TemPay, Mr. Holstein enjoyed a 20-year career as an aerospace engineer working with such companies as Cleveland Pneumatic, Lear Siegler, Gould Ocean Systems and Life Systems. Mr. Holstein holds a BSME from Carnegie Mellon University and an MBA from Cleveland State University.

Marc Mellman

Marc Mellman has been Chief Operating Officer of TemPay Inc. since 2007.

Prior to joining TemPay as COO, Mr. Mellman was a founding director and COO of Natsource LLC, one of the world’s leading over-the-counter energy and environmental intermediaries and advisors. Mr. Mellman joined Natsource in 1996. Previously, he acted as general counsel to the company and as a member of its board of directors.

Prior to joining Natsource, Mr. Mellman spent approximately 20 years engaged in the private practice of law. He is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and before several federal courts. Mr. Mellman holds an MBA in Finance from Rutgers University and a JD from Cleveland State University.
